Jenni Bratulich works closely with clients to facilitate equity consulting and training partnerships. She is a Qualified Administrator (QA) of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), offers workshops to explore and understand the CliftonStrengths Assessment, and leads workshops on implicit bias, identity/stereotype threat, and the foundations of Anti-Bias Education. She has worked in school administration and education for the last 15 years. With her experience in education and a degree in Sociocultural Studies, she has always sought to help create, encourage, and sustain meaningful communities of belonging. Before joining the AMAZEworks team, Jennifer spent four years as the Director of Development at Friends School of Minnesota where she has witnessed the impact of the AMAZEworks mission on her own three children, seeing them actively champion inclusivity and belonging for their peers. When she’s not working or with her family, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, reading, and yoga.
